Section 13-933 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Passenger buses, charter or for hire: Class P (passenger bus) vehicles(a) When registered with the Administration, every bus operated under charter or for hire is a Class P (passenger bus) vehicle.(b)(1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, for each Class P (passenger bus) vehicle, the annual registration fee is based on the seating capacity of the bus, as follows: | | | |

(2)(i) On or after July 1, 2024, but before July 1, 2025, the annual registration fee under paragraph (1) of this subsection is increased by an additional $20.00.(ii) On or after July 1, 2025, the annual registration fee under paragraph (1) of this subsection is increased by an additional $30.00.Amended by 2024 Md.
