Section 13-209 - Assurance Fund - Maintenance(a) The Administration shall maintain an Assurance Fund and deposit in it the filing fees collected under this subtitle.(b) When the Assurance Fund reaches $25,000, any money in excess of that amount shall be transferred to the Transportation Trust Fund.
