Section 11-148 - Regular schedule(a) "Regular schedule" means the carriage of property or passengers by at least: (1) One single trip between fixed termini per week, for 4 consecutive weeks; or(2) Three single trips between fixed termini within a period of 10 days.(b) If property or passengers are carried by any vehicle as described in subsection (a) of this section, any one of the described trips is a regular schedule.(c) This section shall be liberally construed.
