Section 11-110 - Conviction(a) "Conviction" means: (1) A final conviction, even if the penalty is refunded, suspended, or probated;(2) An unvacated forfeiture of collateral deposited to secure a defendant's appearance in court;(3) A plea of nolo contendere accepted by the court; or(4) The payment of a fine.(b) "Conviction" does not include a finding of probation on a stay of entering judgment.
