Section 2-218.1 - Provision of data(a) The Department shall provide the data required to make any calculations related to real property and personal property under Title 5, Subtitle 2 of the Education Article to the Department of Budget and Management, the State Department of Education, and the Department of Legislative Services by December 1 and May 1 of each year.(b) The county governing body shall provide the Department the information required for the calculations under § 5-201(d) of the Education Article by November 1 each year.Amended by 2021 Md.
