Section 3-2A-07 - Investigations(a) The Board may investigate: (1) a possible violation of this title or any regulation adopted under it;(2) a possible violation of Title 16, Subtitle 7 of the Education Article or any regulation adopted under it; and(3) any other relevant matter.(b) The Board may hold a hearing in accordance with Title 10, Subtitle 2 of the State Government Article whenever necessary for a fair determination of any issue or complaint arising under:(1) this title or a regulation adopted under it; or(2) Title 16, Subtitle 7 of the Education Article or any regulation adopted under it.
