Section 9-605 - Meetings; compensation; bylaws; committees(a) The Trust shall meet at least twice a year or as necessary as determined by the Trust.(b) A voting and nonvoting member of the Trust:(1) may not receive compensation; but(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.(c) The Trust may: (1) adopt bylaws for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of its business; and(2) appoint committees to carry out the purposes of the Trust.
