(a)(1) The Board shall elect the chair from among its members.(2) The term of the chair is 2 years.(b)(1) The Board shall meet at least once each quarter at the times and places set by the Board.(2) The Board may call special meetings at the request of:(iii) a majority of the members of the Board.(c) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.(d) A member of the Board: (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.Added by 2023 Md.
