Section 20-801 - Prohibited acts
A person may not:
(1) aid, abet, incite, compel, or coerce any person to commit a discriminatory act;(2) attempt, directly or indirectly, alone or in concert with others, to commit a discriminatory act; or(3) obstruct or prevent any person from complying with this title or any order issued under this title.
