Section 20-204 - Compensation and reimbursement for expenses
A member of the Commission:
(1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but(2) is entitled to:(i) a per diem as provided in the State budget for attending scheduled meetings of the Commission, including participation in any hearings required by the administrative appeal process; and(ii) reimbursement for expenses in accordance with the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
