Section 2-1259 - Gubernatorial appointments listsThe Department shall:
(1) annually make: (i) a list that includes the name, position, term of office, and salary of each civil officer whom the Governor appointed during the preceding calendar year; and(ii) a list that includes the name, position, term of office, and salary of each civil officer whose term expires during the current calendar year;(2)(i) send a copy of each list to each member of the General Assembly; and(ii) make the lists available to any person who requests them; and(3) include on the lists only civil officers whom the Governor appoints, subject to the approval of the Senate or the House of Delegates.Renumbered from § -2-1248 by 2019 Md.
