Section 2-1255 - Distribution of session laws and journals(a) The Department shall sell, exchange, or otherwise distribute bound volumes of the laws, the Senate journal, and the House journal.(b) Distribution under this section shall include provision of 1 copy of a volume to each public, circulating library or library association that requests the volume if, when the request is made, the Department has at least 26 copies of the requested volume.Renumbered from § -2-1244 by 2019 Md.
