Section 11-402 - State master application form(a) If feasible and with the cooperation of each State unit that has authority to issue a development permit, the Coordinator shall develop a State master application form and appropriate appendices for use in applying for multiple development permits.(b) The State master application form and its appendices may be used instead of individual application forms.
