Section 13-114 - Regulations(a) The Board shall adopt regulations in accordance with Title 10, Subtitle 1 of the State Government Article to establish a uniform process for the solicitation of master contracts and task orders.(b) Each designated procurement unit shall ensure compliance with the regulations set forth in subsection (a) of this section.Added by 2017 Md.
