Section 6-102 - Board of Revenue Estimates(a) There is a Board of Revenue Estimates.(b) The Board consists of the following 3 ex officio members: (1) the Comptroller;(2) the Treasurer; and(3) the Secretary of Budget and Management.(c) The Treasurer may appoint, as the Treasurer's designee, a deputy treasurer to serve on the Board.(d) The Chief is the executive secretary of the Board.
