Section 5-807 - Funds for program

Funds for the Patuxent River planning program described in this subtitle may include:

(1) money from the General Fund of the State;

(2) proceeds of special assessments, permit fees, or other fees;

(3) available special funds;

(4) local contributions; or

(5) federal grants.
