Section 5-504 - [Repealed Effective 10/1/2024] Inventory lists(a) The Department shall prepare and periodically revise inventory lists of: (1) the natural resources of the State; and(2) major public works and private facilities that are important to the development of the State as a whole.(b) A copy of the inventory list shall be provided to any State agency and the General Assembly upon request.Repealed by 2024 Md.
