Section 4-308 - Favorable rates for local government to procure information technology(a) The Department may establish a program that leverages State purchasing power to offer favorable rates to units of local government to procure information technology or cybersecurity services from contractors.(b) A unit of local government may not be required to participate in a program established under subsection (a) of this section.Added by 2022 Md.
