Section 9-101 - Common carriers - Interchange of passengers(a) Each common carrier shall provide reasonable, proper, and equal facilities for the prompt interchange and transfer of passengers between its lines and the lines of every other common carrier.(b) A common carrier may not discriminate against other common carriers in transferring, receiving, or forwarding passengers to or from other common carriers.(c) A common carrier is not required to allow any other common carrier to use its tracks or terminal facilities.
