Section 7-1005 - Recovery of costs, drilling of geothermal borehole(a) An electric company, a gas company, or a water company may own, manage, and recover costs associated with a thermal energy network system subject to the approval of the Commission.(b) An electric company, a gas company, or a water company may drill a geothermal borehole in a public utility right-of-way where feasible to meet the requirements of this subtitle.Md.
