Section 10-204 - Permit - Term; suspension; revocation(a) Each permit applies only to the particular taxicab designated in the permit.(b)(1) Each permit is subject to the terms and conditions that the Commission establishes.(2) The Commission shall set a term of at least 1 year for each permit.(3) The Commission may renew a permit in accordance with the standards set forth in § 10-203 of this subtitle.(c) If sufficient cause is shown, the Commission may amend, suspend, or revoke a permit.
