Section 2-417 - End of employment - Termination(a) An employee, other than an employee in probationary status, may be terminated from employment only in accordance with the State Personnel and Pensions Article.(b) The Secretary may terminate the employment of an employee in probationary status for any reason that the Secretary considers sufficient.
