Section 13A-1107 - Payment of fines and disposition thereof(a) Fines imposed by a military court or through imposition of nonjudicial punishment may be paid to the U.S. Treasury.(b) Fines may be collected by:(2) retention of pay or allowances due or to become due the person fined from any state or the United States; or(3) garnishment or levy, together with costs, on the wages, goods, and chattels of a person delinquent in paying a fine, as provided by law.Amended by 2023 Md.
