Section 12-609 - Certificate(a) The State Fire Marshal shall issue a certificate to each applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.(b) The certificate shall include:(1) the full name of the certificate holder;(2) the date of issuance; and(3) the date on which the certificate expires.(c) Each certificate holder shall give the State Fire Marshal written notice of change of address within 10 business days after the change.
