Section 10-208 - Testing of fireworks(a) A licensee may test fireworks or their components only in an area that is: (1) set aside for that purpose; and(2) located at a safe distance from any fireworks plant building or other structure, considering the nature of the materials being tested.(b) A licensee may experiment with fireworks, pyrotechnics, or their components only as authorized by the State Fire Marshal.
