Section 10-112 - Sale of sparklers and sparkling devices to person under age of 16 years(a) A person may not sell sparklers or sparkling devices to a person under the age of 16 years.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
