Section 28-105 - Quorum; meetings; compensation(a) Five members of the Commission are a quorum.(b) The Commission shall meet on or before the December 31 immediately following appointment.(c) A member of the Commission: (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses as authorized by the County Commissioners of Allegany County.Revised and recodified by 2013 Md.
