Section 26-306 - Distribution and retention of petition and report
The county commissioners or county council shall:
(1) retain the original petition and report approved under § 26-206(b) of this title; and(2) deliver a copy of the approved petition and report to the board of managers and the State Soil Conservation Committee in the Department of Agriculture.
