Section 25-702 - Maintenance and operation of watershed projects(a) The board of directors shall control and supervise each watershed project under this title for:(1) watershed protection;(6) the conservation, development, storage, use, and disposal of water for any beneficial purpose.(b) The board of directors shall keep each watershed project in good repair.Revised and recodified by 2013 Md.
