Section 25-305 - Officers; surety bonds(a) The board of directors shall elect a chair, a secretary, and any other necessary officer from among its members.(b) The board of directors shall obtain a surety bond for any officer or employee who is entrusted with money.Revised and recodified by 2013 Md.
