Section 21-510 - Investment of special fund and sinking funds(a) The special fund and any sinking fund established by a county under this subtitle are subject to § 19-102 of this article.(b) The proceeds of bonds issued under this subtitle are subject to §§ 17-101 and 17-102 of this article.
