Section 21-201 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "District" means a taxing and assessment district.(c) "District council" means the governing body of a county acting as the district council for a district created under this subtitle.(d) "Project" means an erosion prevention project or erosion control project.Revised and recodified by 2013 Md.
