Section 20-910 - Municipal home amenity rental tax rate(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, a municipality shall set the rate of the home amenity rental tax.(b) The home amenity rental tax for a municipality may not exceed 1%.Added by 2023 Md. Laws, Ch. 805, Sec. 2, eff. 7/1/2024.
