Section 19-211 - Scope of part(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, this part applies only to the following governmental entities: (3) a public corporation or other political subdivision of the State; or(4) an instrumentality or agency of a county, public corporation, or other political subdivision of the State.(b) This part does not apply to a housing authority under Division II of the Housing and Community Development Article.Revised and recodified by 2013 Md.
