Section 17-306 - Employment of fiscal agent(a) The State Treasurer may: (1) contract with a qualified Maryland fiscal agent; and(2) compensate the fiscal agent for services rendered.(b) The fiscal agent may perform administrative and investment services that the State Treasurer performs under this part.Revised and recodified by 2013 Md.
