Section 13-805 - Public docks, piers, and harbor facilities - Dorchester County(a)(1) The governing body of Dorchester County may adopt regulations concerning maintaining and operating public docks, piers, wharves, and harbor facilities owned or leased by the county.(2) A regulation adopted under this subsection may include provisions related to: (v) trash disposal and removal; and(b) The governing body of Dorchester County may adopt penalties for a violation of a regulation adopted under this section, including imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding $500 or both.Revised and recodified by 2013 Md.
