Section 11-208 - Court costs; fines(a) A defendant who is found to have committed a civil infraction shall pay: (1) the fine imposed under § 11-203 of this subtitle; and(b) A defendant is not liable for payment of costs imposed under § 7-409 of the Courts Article.Revised and recodified by 2013 Md.
