Section 10-310 - Procurement(a) For any county work, a county may provide for competitive bidding and the making and awarding of contracts and may require bonds.(b) A county may provide for the purchase of materials, supplies, and equipment through the Department of General Services.Revised and recodified by 2013 Md.
