Section 1-1412 - Property - Inventory and classification; fee(a) Property held by an authority shall be inventoried and classified according to title status and suitability for use.(b) A clerk of the court may not charge a fee to record a document evidencing the transfer under this subtitle of property to the authority by the State or a local government.Renumbered as § -1-1412 by 2017 Md.
