Section 1-1303 - Publication of regulations(a) In this section, "regulation" has the meaning stated in § 10-101 of the State Government Article.(b) This section does not apply to a unit of State government.(c) Each governmental and quasi-governmental unit shall compile, index, and publish its regulations that affect a member of the general public.Renumbered by 2013 Md.
