Section 25-604 - Local laws(a) The County Council may enact local laws to provide for:(1) agricultural preservation, outreach, and marketing;(2) maintenance of activities on agricultural properties of the Commission; and(3) the preservation of the agricultural industry.(b) A local law enacted under subsection (a) of this section may not be inconsistent with this division.
