Section 15-116 - Powers and duties - Publications of Commission(a)(1) The Commission shall publish each year a report describing the work of the Commission for the previous year, in the detail that the Commission considers appropriate.(2) The report required under this subsection shall include: (ii) financial transactions;(iii) personnel matters; and(iv) litigation and disposition of violations.(b) The Commission may publish pamphlets describing:(1) the law administered by the Commission; and(2) subdivision, zoning, and other regulations adopted or enacted by the Commission or the district councils.(c) The Commission may charge a fee for a publication issued under this section to cover any of the cost of the publication.
