Section 9-6A-08 - Individual registration requirements(a) To qualify for registration, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section.(b) The applicant shall: (1) be at least 18 years old; and(2) satisfy the education, experience, and supervision requirements of § 9-6A-09 of this subtitle.
