Section 3-404 - Effect of subtitle
This subtitle does not diminish:
(1) the right of employees to bargain collectively with their employers through representatives whom the employees choose to establish wages or other conditions of employment in excess of the applicable minimum under this subtitle; or(2) a right of an employee that is granted under the federal Act.
