Section 11-802 - Established(a) There is an Adult Education and Literacy Services Office in the Division of Workforce Development and Adult Learning of the Department.(b) The Adult Education and Literacy Services Office shall be the sole agency in the State responsible for administering and supervising policy and funding for adult education and literacy.Amended by 2016 Md.
