Section 10-803 - Application(a) An applicant for a limited lines license as a self-service storage producer shall file a written application with the Commissioner in the form the Commissioner requires.(b) The application shall include: (1) the physical address of the company headquarters of the self-service storage producer; and(2) a list of all self-service storage facilities where the self-service storage producer will conduct business under the limited lines license.Added by 2014 Md.
