Section 8-702 - Legislative intent
It is the intent of the General Assembly to:
(1) improve the quality of care provided by residential child care programs;(2) provide the same quality of care to all children placed in residential child care programs; and(3) develop a system that expands services provided by residential child care programs to counties that are underserved.
