Section 8-306 - Strategic plan to raise revenue(a) On or before January 1, 2018, the Prince George's County Local Management Board shall: (1) develop and implement a strategic plan to raise revenues to match the total funding provided by the Governor's Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services; and(2) submit the strategic plan to: (i) the County Executive of Prince George's County;(ii) the County Council of Prince George's County;(iii) the Prince George's County Senate Delegation of the General Assembly; and(iv) the Prince George's County House Delegation of the General Assembly.(b) On or before January 1 each year, the Prince George's County Local Management Board shall submit a report on the total revenue received in the previous fiscal year and the total revenue from each source to:(1) the County Executive of Prince George's County;(2) the County Council of Prince George's County;(3) the Prince George's County Senate Delegation of the General Assembly; and(4) the Prince George's County House Delegation of the General Assembly.Added by 2017 Md.
