Section 8-1308 - Quorum; times and places of meetings; member compensation and reimbursement(a) A majority of members serving on the Commission is a quorum.(b) The Commission shall determine the times and places of its meetings.(c) A member of the Commission: (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.Added by 2021 Md.
