Section 7-607 - Board of Directors - Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff(a) Six members of the Board are a quorum.(b) The Board shall meet at least quarterly or more often as necessary to carry out its duties efficiently.(c) A member: (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations as provided in the State budget.(d) Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, a member may not financially benefit directly or indirectly from the activities of the Fund.(e) The Department shall provide staff to the Board.
